(3) Adding polishing agent: adding polishing agent, the input ratio of polishing agent to water is 1:50;
(4) Program setting: set the polishing time of the workpiece and turn on the main power switch of the magnetic polishing machine;
(5) Start: press the start button of the polishing machine;
(6) Polishing: Pour the grinding bucket into the grinding tank, start to polish the workpiece, and control the water temperature in the polishing bucket below 50°C;
(7)Polishing end: After polishing the workpiece, take out the polished workpiece, use the cleaning fluid to clean the magnetic steel needle and polishing barrel, and dry the product in time.
